By using suites509.com and Suites 509 contact channels, you accept these terms. If you book through Airbnb or another platform, that platform's policies also apply.
1. Service
Suites 509 provides temporary furnished lodging (suites, lofts and apartments) in Pachuca de Soto, Hidalgo. Site information is indicative; availability and rates are confirmed when booking.
2. Bookings and payment
Bookings are confirmed with payment or guarantee per the chosen channel (direct or Airbnb). Prices shown on the site may be indicative until dates and unit are confirmed.
3. Check-in and check-out
Self check-in with a personal code. Standard checkout at 12:00 unless agreed otherwise. Guests must follow guest and parking regulations and not exceed unit capacity.
4. Conduct
No smoking indoors, parties or events, illegal activity or damage to furnishings. Quiet hours 8 p.m.–8 a.m. Breach may result in termination without refund.
5. Pets
Pets are not allowed unless expressly authorized in writing. Damage fees may apply per guest regulations.
6. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for third-party failures (internet, utilities, external platforms) beyond our reasonable control. The site is provided «as is» without implied warranties of uninterrupted availability.
7. Intellectual property
Suites 509 text, photos, videos and brand are protected. Commercial reproduction without written permission is not allowed.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Pachuca de Soto, Hidalgo.
