How do I book: nightly, weekly or monthly?

Nightly stays on Airbnb only. For weekly or monthly, WhatsApp us: we confirm unit, MXN quote, security deposit and invoicing.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in the units. Internal rules may allow exceptions with a fee; contact us on WhatsApp before booking if you have a special case.

How do check-in and check-out work?

Accepted Answer

Self check-in with a personal code, 24/7. Instructions the day before. Standard checkout at 12:00; flexible times when available.

Question 4

Do you issue invoices?

Accepted Answer

Yes — CFDI in Mexican pesos for individuals or businesses. Weekly/monthly quotes may add tax or VAT per your regime; request it when confirming.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Nightly: per Airbnb. Long stays via WhatsApp: bank transfer and options we agree on when quoting; security deposit (one week or 50% of monthly rent).

Can I smoke?

No smoking inside units. Balconies/terraces allow outdoor smoking. The property has a designated smoking area per regulations.

Are children welcome?

Yes, on all published unit types. Please respect quiet hours (8 p.m.–8 a.m.) and each unit's guest limit.

Are parties or events allowed?

No. Parties and events are not permitted. Residential temporary use only.

What is the security deposit?

Weekly stays: one week's rent. Monthly: 50% of one month's rent. Returned at the end per quote terms.

What does cleaning include?

Airbnb (nightly): no mid-stay cleaning; book extras on the platform. Week/month: one cleaning per week included; monthly sheet change every 15 days. Cleaning, laundry and other add-ons on request.
